Just Another Missing Kid

A student is gone ( original English title Just Another Missing Kid) is a Canadian documentary about the search for the missing members of the student Eric Wilson and her difficulties with the police and bureaucracy. The documentary was broadcast in the television series The Fifth Estate.

On 10 July 1978, the Student Eric Wilson of Ottawa breaks out on the car to a five-day trip to a summer school to Boulder (Colorado). Four days later, he calls for the last time at home, from Nebraska, and promises to call again the next day. After his family no longer hear from him is a search of his father and brother in Nebraska runs fruitless, and the police did not take their concerns seriously, the family hired private investigator Jim Conway. This makes it to two months to convict Raymond Hatch and Bertram Davis as the murderer of Eric Wilson. Wilson had the two taken as a hitchhiker.
