Kalamos (Greek Κάλαμος ( m. sg ). Karno in antiquity, Latin Carnus ) is a Greek island in the Ionian Sea, which belongs to the archipelago of Tilevoides within the Ionian Islands. By 2010, she was an independent country church (Greek kinotita κοινότητα ) in the prefecture of Lefkada, with the administrative reform in 2010 it was incorporated into the municipality of Lefkada, in which it has since formed a district.

The island has about 530 permanent residents, in the summer, the population can easily triple by the vacation of its lost inhabitants, however. Almost the entire population lives in the same port of Kalamos on the south coast; the small village of Episkopi, on the north coast has only about 60 inhabitants.
