The Kalkach is the right source of Bach Aubaches in the Franconian Switzerland. It rises in the Kalkbrunnen on the northern edge of Graefenberg.

Geography

Kalkbrunnen

The Kalkbrunnen is north of Gräfenberger forest swimming pool on the edge of the quarry. It is a karst spring which once einspeiste in the drinking water supply of Graefenberg. The Springing below a water tank cottage spring water has a bluish color.

Course

The Kalkach runs through Graefenberg south. In Weißenohe it unites with the Lillach to Aubach.
