Kanga Sakugawa

Sakugawa Kanga (Japanese佐 久 川 寛 贺; born March 5, 1733 in Akata, Shuri (now Naha ); † July 7, 1815 ) was the most famous and most important masterpieces of the early Okinawan death.

Life

Coming from the common people, he took after his appointment as Chikudun pechin (筑 登 之 亲 云 上, an official in the executive grade ) the name " Sakugawa " to. Due to his contributions in the field of death, he also got the " nickname" Karate ( / death ) Sakugawa (唐 手 佐 久 川).

At 17, he began studying Okinawan martial arts in which Monk Takahara Peichin ( 1683-1760 ) from Akata. Student
