Karen Stemmle

Karen Stemmle ( born January 27, 1964 in Aurora, Ontario ) is a former Canadian alpine skier.

In the season 1983/1984 which is two years older sister of Brian Stemmle reached on the descents of Verbier (SUI ) in fourth and in the second departure from Mont Sainte -Anne ( CAN) as second their best World Cup results. End of the season resulted in this a 13th place in the downhill World Cup. In the season 1984/1985 it reached three top-10 results in the downhill.

Similar top results remained in the sequence of the other hand. After she could not qualify for the Olympic Games in Calgary in the season 1987/1988, she gave her resignation prematurely known.
