Life

After matriculation examination at a Munich school Badberger studied architecture at the Technical University of Munich and graduated in 1911 as a graduate engineer from. After clerkship and military service, he was appointed government architect ( Assessor in the public works department ) in 1919 and joined in 1920 in the Bavarian State Building. Later he was assigned the rank of Deputy Secretary to the Finance Ministry in Berlin.

After the Second World War, he was a top government Planning Director, Head of the Federal Planning Bureau in Bonn.
