Karl Schlechta

Karl Schlechta (born 28 January 1922) is an Austrian football player and coach.

Career

To play football Schlechta started at Hakoah Vienna, after which he worked for Wacker Vienna, then at the Floridsdorfer AC. As early as 1952 he began to work as a coach, first with his hometown club Wacker Vienna, where he and later supervised junior teams and the first team. In 1957 he came to FK Austria Wien as young carers, from 1960 he was supervisor of the first team was. With Austria in 1960 he reached a Cup victory and the championship in 1961 and 1962.
