Karma to Burn

Karma to Burn is a stoner rock band from Morgantown, West Virginia, United States, consisting of guitarist William Mecum, bassist Rob Irish and drummer Evan Devine

History

Founded in 1993, the band raw instrumental stoner rock fabricated from now completely without a singer and lyrics. However, a singer hired for the first ( self-titled ) album on pressure from the record company Roadrunner Records. Karma to Burn was released in 1997, but the commercial success was despite critical acclaim. The band split up then by singer Jason Jarosz.

All other recordings were again purely instrumental albums. The album Wild Wonderful Purgatory in 1999 appeared in both Spitfire Records and Roadrunner Records, before the release of their third studio album Almost Heathen in 2001 was the separation of Roadrunner Records.

The band broke up in mid-2002, the beginning of February 2009, the reunification. In April 2010, the Appalachian Incantation appeared titled, new album, on which are also heard singing two songs. Firstly Waiting on the Western World at the Daniel Davies ( Year Long Disaster, the second band of ex- bassist Rich Mullin ) takes over the vocals and on the other the title Two Times, in which John Garcia is heard.
