Käsplatte

Looking West

The Käsplatte is a 978 m high, minor mountain in the Bavarian Forest. It is located just north of the famous Pröller between the villages Prackenbach, Kollnburg and St. Englmar.

At the top of the walker Käsplatte expected except the natural resting an unusual sight: Similar to the Lusen the mountain with hundreds of boulders dotted, from which a good view to the north and west is possible. Lead to Käsplatte several marked hiking trails, for example, of Maple Meadow, Münchshöfen and Kolmberg.
