Katalin Kristó
Katalin Kristo ( born December 1, 1983 in Miercurea Ciuc ) is a former Romanian Shorttrackerin. She took between 2002 and 2010 participated in three Olympic Games and was the only Romanian each participant in the short track speed skating.
Their first international appearances, she contested in 2000. She took first at the Junior World Cup finals and reached its best result over 1500 m the semi-finals, later they started for the first time in the adult area at the European Championships in Bormio, where, however, the heats could not survive. In January 2001, she finally made her debut in Trnava in the World Cup and finished fourth in her first World Cup race over 1500 m the semi-finals. In the same season she finally took part in their first World Cup in the adult area, retired from there but in ihen prelims.
A complete season denied Kristo first time in 2001 /02. She participated in all six World Cups and was able to reach the semifinals twice more than 1500 m.
