Kate Capshaw

Kate Capshaw ( born November 3, 1953 in Fort Worth, Texas as Kathleen Sue Nail), is an American actress.

Life and career

She first worked as a model and special education teacher before she was discovered almost 30 years of television and film. Your most important appearance was in 1984 with the female lead in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, the second part of the Indiana Jones tetralogy of director Steven Spielberg. Negative reviews for her portrayal hurt Kate Capshaws further career. She took in the subsequent period - except for the lead role in the action thriller Death greetings from Havana ( 1987) - usually only minor roles and focused on her family life.

Kate Capshaw married to Steven Spielberg since 1991 and has with him three biological and two adopted children. From her first marriage with the marketing director Robert Capshaw her daughter Jessica Capshaw is derived (born 1976 ) who is also an actress.
