Kathrine Maaseide

Kathrine Maaseide ( born December 18, 1976 in Stavanger ) is a Norwegian beach volleyball player.

Kathrine Maaseide won with her ​​partner Susanne Glesnes 2004, the silver medal at the European Championships in Timmendorfer beach and represented her country at the Olympic Summer Games 2004 in Athens. Began in 2005 Kathrine Maaseide with Kristine Wiig, from 2006 but again with Susanne Glesnes with which she again participated in 2008 at the Summer Olympics in Beijing for her native Norway. After the retirement of Glesnes Maaseide 2009 starred alongside Janne Kongshavn. After a maternity leave in 2010 Maaseide 2011 returned with Ingrid Tørlen back as a partner in the FIVB World Tour.

Kathrines brother Bjørn Maaseide is also a successful Norwegian beach volleyball player.
