Kathy Ellis

Kathleen Ellis ( born November 28, 1946 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is a former American swimmer and two-time Olympic gold medalist.

At the Summer Olympics in Tokyo in 1964, she participated in four competitions and won a medal in each. With the U.S. swimming team she brought in respective world record time Gold 4 × 100 m medley and 4 × 100 m freestyle. In the individual events, the 100m butterfly and 100m freestyle she won two bronze medals.
