Kenneth Edward Untener

Kenneth Edward hatchbacks ( born August 3, 1937 on Belle Isle, Detroit, Michigan; † 27 March 2004) was a Roman Catholic bishop.

Hatchbacks attended Sacred Heart Seminary in Detroit and St. John's Provincial Seminary in Plymouth, Michigan. On 1 June 1963 he received his ordination to the priesthood by Cardinal John Francis Dearden and was in the Archdiocese of Detroit operates. Later hatchbacks studied theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, where he received his doctorate in 1971. From 1977 to 1980 he held the office of the rector of St. John's Provincial Seminary.

Pope John Paul II appointed him on October 4, 1980 Bishop of Saginaw. John Francis Cardinal Dearden gave him subsequently on 24 November of the same year the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were his predecessor Francis Frederick Reh and Auxiliary Bishop Thomas Gumbleton John from Detroit.
