Kiesby (Danish: Kisby ) is a village in the district of Schleswig-Flensburg, in Schleswig- Holstein. It is located south of Suederbrarup near the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. History

Kiesby was first mentioned in 1386. The place name means village or settlement of Kisi.

The building of the former bakery still exist today.
