Kinki Kids

Kinki Kids is a popular Japanese pop group, which is particularly popular in Asia. It consists of Domoto Tsuyoshi (堂 本 刚), born on 10 April 1979 and Koichi Domoto (堂 本 光 一), born on 1 January 1979.

Career

Kinki Kids debuted in 1997 with their single " Glass no Shonen ", which gave them a few weeks to the first place on the Oricon charts. They are also in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most top-ranked singles by 2010 thirty.

However, they are known not only as a singer in the land of the rising sun, but also as an actor they repeatedly occur in doramas in appearance. They also have their own show on Japanese television - Domoto Kyodai ( The Domoto Brothers ).

However, despite the same surname, they are not related to each other. The Kinki on behalf of the band represents the region from which they come, in which it is the area around Osaka.
