Kintail

Kintail is a region in the Scottish North West Highlands of Scotland. In Gaelic the area is called " Cinn Waist ". The area stretches between the mountains in the north of Glen Shiel and the A87 in the south between the lakes Loch Duich and Loch Cluanie. In the West, the areas are defined by the valleys of Strath Croé and Gleann Gaorsaic. In the east the valley to Caorann Mòr is the limit.

Geography
