Kjell Sundvall

Kjell Gösta Sundvall ( born March 31, 1953 in Edefors close to the ground) is a Swedish film director.

Sundvall spent his childhood in Älvsbyn in the province of Norrbotten County, where his father was a dentist. Sundvall was best known as the director of the new television films about Beck (played by Peter Haber ). For his feature film The Hunters, he received the 1996 Swedish film award Guldbagge. Other successes achieved Sundvall with individual episodes of the TV series Lorry, Snoken and Rederiet. The Luleå University of Technology awarded him an honorary doctorate.
