The guy from the grave next door ( original title: Grabbing i graven bredvid, DVD Title: My farmer, his cow & I ) is a Swedish film from 2002, based on the novel The guy from the land - based A love story of Katarina Mazetti. Directed by Kjell Sundvall, wrote the screenplay Sara Heldt. The main roles were played by Elisabeth Carlsson and Michael Nyqvist.

Action

The librarian Desirée Wallin, whose husband Örjan was killed while birdwatching from a truck that meets at the cemetery, on the Örjan rests on the single farmer Benny Söderström, who visited the grave of his parents. Both mid-thirties, they live in completely different worlds. She meets intellectual friends and visits her senile mother in a nursing home, in his life revolves around 24 dairy cows on his farm time seems to stand still.
