Overview

The price of the John W. Kluge Center gives the Library of Congress. Against the background that the United States has greatly promoted the human sciences, the prize will be awarded at the Great Hall of the Jefferson Building of the Library. The winners then work for a short time at the Library of Congress and to informally exchange with members of the United States Congress.

Donated has the price of the library patron John Kluge. Among the excellent disciplines include history, philosophy, politics, anthropology, sociology, religion, art history, literature and linguistics.
