The Koboltstaler heads in the Harz mountain range are a dreikuppiger, a maximum of about 673 m above sea level. NN high hill between St. Andrew Berg and Sieber in the unincorporated area of the county resin Osterode am Harz in Lower Saxony.

Geographical location

The Koboltstaler heads rise in the Upper Harz Harz nature park. They lie approximately 4 km southwest of Sankt Andreas Berg ( brown layer) and around 4 kilometers east-southeast of Sieber ( Herzberg am Harz ). Its eastern flank falls to the barrier Lutter from out in the valley about 1.8 km north-east of Mount Silver Hut ( Brown position ) is.

To the southwest extends, mostly running at altitudes between 600 and 650 m, a ridge that Gödeckenkopf or Gödeckekopf is called. Mountain height and crests
