Koloman Gögh

Koloman Gögh ( born January 7, 1948 in Kladno, † 11 November 1995 Gattendorf ) was a Czechoslovak football player and football coach. He owned from 1993 until his death, the nationality of the Slovak Republic. In his honor bears the stadium of FK Kolárovo the name Štadión Kolomana Gögha.

Life

Playing career

Göghs most successful period was in Slovan Bratislava, with whom he Czechoslovak Cup winner was twice Czechoslovakian champion and two- time. For Slovan Bratislava defender completed 225 games.

In 1976 he was European champion with the Czechoslovak national team at the European Championships in 1980, he was part of the team that won the bronze medal. For Czechoslovakia, he played 55 times, but he scored a goal.

Coaching career

His coaching career began in 1982 at Gögh DAC Dunajská Streda as player-coach. From 1984 to 1986 he was assistant coach at Slovan Bratislava. From 1986 he worked as a player-coach with the Austrian SV Gols, and later as assistant coach at SKP Devin.

Death

Koloman Gögh came in 1995 in a car accident.
