Körösszegapáti

Körösszegapáti (formerly Apathi ) is a municipality in the small area Berettyóújfalu in eastern Hungary. Through the municipal area the Sebes Körös ( Fast Screaming ) flows.

History

First mentioned in 1219 in Váradi Regestrum (Latin: Regestrum Varadiense ) Varadinum and Várad are older name of Oradea.
