The KOSWA (Russian Косьва ) is a left tributary of the Kama in the Perm region and in the Sverdlovsk Oblast.

It rises south of the Koswinski Kamen in the Middle Urals in Sverdlovsk Oblast. It first flows in a northerly direction through the Urals.
