Kraft, Prince of Hohenlohe-Langenburg

Force Prince of Hohenlohe- Langenburg ( born June 25, 1935 in Schwäbisch Hall, † March 16, 2004 ibid ) was from 1960 to 2004 head of the House Hohenlohe -Langenburg and called himself as such Prince of Hohenlohe -Langenburg.

Biography

Force Prince of Hohenlohe- Langenburg was born as the first son of Gottfried Prinz zu Hohenlohe -Langenburg and his wife Princess Margarita of Greece. His mother was the eldest daughter of Prince Andrew of Greece and Denmark and his wife Princess Alice of Battenberg. He was therefore cousin of the British heir to the throne Prince Charles.

He was trained as a forester and a banker and took over at the age of 25 years after the death of his father, the Langenburg possession.

In the night from 23 to 24 January 1963, the chimney fire Langenburg Castle destroyed almost completely. The fire destroyed the entire east wing, the watch and bed tower and parts of the north wing. Marriages and descendants
