The Krajna is about 4000 km ², historical landscape in the north of Greater Poland. It consists of the same name Lakeland Pojezierze Krajeńskie with about 300 lakes of more than one hectare of land. In the moraine numerous eskers and kames are present.

The Krajna ranges in the east to the Brda River in the south to the networks and in the West Küddow. In the north, the border rivers and the Kamionka Dobrinka (Polish Debrzynka ). The Krajna is located within the boundaries of the provinces Kujawy, the Greater Poland and Lubusz.

History

Krajna translates as, border area ', see Krajina.

Until the beginning of the 12th century belonged to the Krajna Pomerania and was designed by the Polish king Bolesław III. Conquered Wrymouth in 1121/1122 and Poland annexed.
