Krista Posch

Krista Posch ( born January 10, 1948 in Bolzano ) is an Italian- German actress, singer, presenter and voice actress, who grew up bilingual. Krista Posch has served on numerous German productions in theater, film and television.

Life and career

Krista Posch, born and raised in Bolzano, worked before her acting training at Vienna's Max Reinhardt Seminar in Munich as a speaker and presenter at the station Rai Bolzano and the Bayerischer Rundfunk. During her education she was playing at the theater in the Josefstadt, turned her first films (eg, " The way out " ), played at the Tyrolean folk games in " Lust " by Franz Kranewitter and " stigma " by Felix Mitterer. She then worked from 1982 to 1986 engaged at the Bavarian State Theatre in Munich on the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus and 1986-1991. In Dusseldorf, she played among others, the Angelika in " The Humpbacked Angelica " by Graser and Lena in Georg Büchner's " Leonce and Lena " in Munich, Dora in " The righteous " by Camus, Shen Te Shui Ta in " The Good Person Szechwan " by Bertolt Brecht and Rosalind in William Shakespeare's" As You Like It ", also had Krista Posch, inter alia, Guest appearances at the Zurich Schauspielhaus as Masha in "Three Sisters" by Anton Pavlovich Chekhov and the Munich Opera Festival in Carl Orff's " The Bernauerin ".

Since 1992 she is a freelance artist and was for many film and television productions in front of the camera. Krista Posch played as a guest at the Munich National Theatre in Felix Mitterer's " In the Lion's Den " and Anne Mearas hit comedy "After Play". In addition, Krista Posch works for film, TV, radio, documentation and radio play often with her voice. She is or has been the voice of Charlotte Rampling; Miranda Richardson; Marisa Paredes; Ellen Burstyn and Julie Christie.

Krista Posch is married in second marriage with the actor Jan Eberwein. She lives and works in Munich.
