The Krombach in lower Churchill

The Krombach is a right tributary of the Kahl in Aschaffenburg district in the Spessart in Lower Franconia.

Name

Originally Krombach means something like curved creek. The creek was the same community its name.

Geography

Course

The Krombach springs northwest of the community Krombach in a wetland designated as Krombach source. There will collect in numerous places water that flows in a flume. In the course of Krombach flows through the district of Upper Krombach, where it will flow to the coming of Upper Churchill Gitzenbach from the right. After the districts and sub- agents Krombach Krombach opens into the lower Churchill Ohlenbach from the left. In Great Blank Bach Krombach crosses under the track Kahlgrundbahn by a 2002 built underpass and opens into the Kahl.
