Kronowo, Olsztyn County

Kronowo ( German United Cronau until 1929, after which until 1945 Cronau ) lies on the Province Road 595 ( droga wojewódzka nr 595 ) the Barczewo with Jeziorany connects. Kronowo is located about six kilometers from Barczewo and about ten kilometers from Jeziorany.

In the village there is a large gravel pit, in which some of the inhabitants of the village is busy. Otherwise the place is more influenced by agriculture. Also there is a small grocery store on the site of the privately operated and an elementary school, which is attended by children from the surrounding villages.
