The Kunhar ( Urdu دریائے کنہار ) is a river in the Pakistani province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (formerly " North West Frontier Province", English North-West Frontier Province ). It is mainly from the lake Lulusar, about 48 km from the Kaghan valley, fed. Glaciers of Malika Parbat, Makra and Lake Saiful Muluk also contribute to the river.

The Kunhar flows through the Kaghan Valley, the areas Jalkhand, Naran, Kaghan, Jared, Paras and Balakot. He pours on the right side in the Jhelum.

The river is known for its trout.
