Kuopio sub-region

The administrative community Kuopio (Finnish Kuopion seutukunta ) is one of five administrative Communities ( seutukunta ) in the Finnish countryside Savo. It includes the eponymous city of Kuopio and its surrounding rural embossed.

To manage Community Kuopio include the following three cities and towns:

Prior to its incorporation to Kuopio on 1 January 2011 Karttula was the fourth community to manage Community Kuopio.
