La Paloma is a city in southeastern Uruguay.

Geography

It is located on the territory of the Department of Rocha in the sector 10 southeast of the department capital Rocha Beach on the Atlantic coast of the Cape Santa María (Cabo Santa María ). Upstream from the coast there are also the Isla Espinosa said, with the cape connected by a sandbank, surrounded by rocks Isla La Tuna and the Isla Paloma that approaches the turn, which is around 150 meters long shoal at the Isla La Tuna.
