Tourism

In the remaining part of the island, more than 150 overnight guests may never stay the same. In the southeast of the island is a small, comfortable holiday resort and an airstrip for small aircraft. Arrival is from Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and recently Gladstone each via airplane.

The island is particularly interesting for underwater activities. From October to December is Brut-/Schlüpfzeit for sea turtles. Even whales can be observed there occasionally.
