Laglorieuse

Laglorieuse is a spa town and a commune of 550 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the Landes department in the region of Aquitaine.

History

The church dates from the year 1864. From an earlier church from the 17th century are still preserved sculptures and the wooden door.

Festivals

• On 1 May, in each case the Fête de l' églantine, the feast of wild roses instead.
• In early September a festival is carried out in each case.

Community partnership

A community partnership combines Laglorieuse with Rosenau in upper Alsace.
