Laimer Platz (Munich U-Bahn)
Metro Station Disclaimer space is the terminus Munich subway line U5 in the Laim district.
Location
Metro Station Disclaimer course is located in Munich's Laim, whose name means " Laim " originates from the local clay soil. The platform is below the Gotthard road that intersects here with the Fürstenriederstraße. Are the four subway station entrances, which are equipped with hard driving and stairs at this intersection. History
Metro Station Disclaimer course was opened on 24 March 1988 and is currently the western end of the subway line U5. Until 1999, the underground line U4 ended Disclaimer space, but since then its westernmost stop of metro station Westend Road.
With the subway station Disclaimer space in particular the residential area south of Laim were better connected to the Munich city center, as they lie further away from the S -Bahn and only by the lines U4 and U5 an east -west axis in the Munich U- railway network was built, which runs through the center of Munich. The pillars of the subway station Disclaimer space are covered with gray granite. The ceiling of the platform is covered with yellow -green panels. The ceiling above the tracks is made of exposed concrete. The rear track walls are made of wide white panels, which run between narrow yellow bars which rise diagonally from bottom left to top right.
Future
Originally from the U5 Disclaimer square towards Pasing should be extended. Today, it is questionable whether this extension will really come when Pasing is already connected by four S-Bahn to Munich's city and beyond also take tram 19 route Pasing- Hauptbahnhof- Ostbahnhof drives.
