Lansford Spence

Lansford Spence (born 15 December 1982, Hanover Parish ) is a Jamaican sprinter. He won in two world championships bronze in the 4 x 400 - meter relay.

At the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo in 2003, he won with Michael Campbell, Sanjay Ayre and Davian Clarke the title in the 4 x 400 - meter relay.

At the World Championships in Helsinki in 2005, he won a bronze medal in the relay. Together with Sanjay Ayre, Brandon Simpson and Davian Clarke he had to give only beaten the squadrons of the United States and the Bahamas in 2:58,07 min. Spence started in Helsinki in the 400 -meter run, but bowed out of. In 2006 he won a bronze medal in the relay at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. At the 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi Spence won in a personal best of 20.49 s the silver medal in the 200 -meter run. Another silver medal he won in the 4 x 100 - meter relay.

At the World Championships 2011 Spence has been used in the flow of the Jamaican 4 x 400 -meter relay bronze. Shortly after, he won the silver medal over 200 meters at the Pan American Games.
