Later Jin (Five Dynasties)

The Later Jin Dynasty (Chinese后晋/后晋, Pinyin Hou Jin ) was a short-lived Chinese dynasty 936-947, one of the Five Dynasties during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms. Their capital was Luoyang. The empire was originally called Jin (Chinese晋, Pinyin short) and got its present name until later. Their capital city was Bian汴(now Kaifeng, Henan). The dynasty lasted eleven years and had two rulers. It was preceded by the Later Tang Dynasty, and it was followed by the Later Han Dynasty.
