Lauper village is a municipality in the district of Thal in the canton of Solothurn in Switzerland.

Geography

Lauper village is situated at 493 m above sea level. M., 3 km west of the district town Balsthal (air line). The Bach rows village stretches along a sheltered position in the hollow of the village stream on the sunny side at the northern edge of the valley of the Balsthalertals, at the foot of Brunner mountain range in the Jura Mountains.

Economy
