Laurent Courtois

Laurent Courtois ( born September 11, 1978 in Lyon ) is a French footballer who plays for Grenoble Foot 38 in 2008.

The French midfielder Laurent Courtois played in the youth of the French series champion Olympique Lyon. In the 1998/1999 season he moved to AC Ajaccio in Ligue 2, where he gained first experience in professional football. He changed after just one season to FC Toulouse, where he achieved promotion to Ligue 1 at the first attempt. After he succeeded in the French Elite League to gain a foothold, he changed to West Ham United. After 18 unsuccessful months with only nine top-flight operations, Courtois left the Englishman back towards home.

There he had to start over at FC Istres, which he succeeded, so he moved to Spanish side Levante UD 2005. In 2008 he moved after three years in Spain back to France to Grenoble Foot 38
