The Lavant Valley Arena is the venue of the Carinthian football club Wolfberger AC in Wolfsberg, in which he plays in the first league of Austria in 2010 since the rise.
Stadium
Was built in the venue from 1984. Upon completion of the grandstand, the stadium was opened with the Olympic qualifying match against Austria Finland 1988. 2012, the stadium was rebuilt after the Wolf Berger AC had risen in the Austrian Bundesliga. In this a new covered seat grandstand and built a standing terrace for about 1,000 visiting supporters of the visiting club in the southeast corner, 2012/13 6,500 spectators found a place so early in the season. The total cost of the expansion to a capacity of 7,300 spectators and more conversions amounted to 2.5 million euros.
Sports facilities
The sports center is located about 1 km south of Wolfsberg and also has a career to the main draw. There are also two practice fields, two Kleinfeld courts and athletics facilities ( high jump, long jump, shot put ring, etc.) and an all-weather court for volleyball, tennis, handball and basketball. All systems can be operated with floodlights.
