Lawrence Eugene Brandt

Lawrence Eugene Brandt ( born March 27, 1939 in Charleston ) is an American clergyman and Bishop of Greensburg.

Life

The rector of the Pontifical North American College, James Aloysius Hickey, ordained him a priest on 19 December 1969.

Pope John Paul II appointed him on 2 January 2004 as Bishop of Greensburg. He received his episcopal consecration of Archbishop of Philadelphia Justin Francis Rigali, on the 4th of March of the same year; Were co-consecrators Anthony Gerard Bosco, Bishop Emeritus of Greensburg, and Donald Walter Trautman, Bishop of Erie.
