Lazuli
Lazuli is a French band. It was founded in 1998 by Claude and Dominique Leonetti.
Music
The style of Lazuli is a mixture of different styles like progressive rock, world music and electro. The band used as instruments in addition to guitar, keyboard and drums also Léode, vibraphone and French horn; to 2009 were also Chapman Stick, Warr Guitar and Marimba used. Claude Leonetti invented and plays the Léode because he his left arm can no longer use due to a motorcycle accident.
Appearances
Lazuli occurred at known events such as the Montreux Jazz Festival or the Festival International de Musiques Universitaires in Belfort in 2006 and have their first concert in Aschaffenburg Germany live club Colos-Saal. The end of 2008 they were the opening act of Riverside at some concerts of the Reality Dream Tour.
