Lebesgue (crater)

12:15

Lebesgue is a small lunar impact crater on the eastern edge of the front page in the east of the level of Mare Smythii, southeast of the crater Warner and northeast of Tucker. The crater is very flat, since the interior was flooded with lavas of Mare.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1976 after the French mathematician Henri Léon Lebesgue.
