The Lee called in a section of Little Lee, is a river of flowing waters code 11 in the County of Bentheim. The Lee has no actual source, but arises in the desert Engdener (municipality Engden ) as a confluence of several drainage ditches. It is 22 km long up to its confluence with the river Vecht in Hoogstede.

" Lee " in earlier times was the general name for a slowly flowing water. The slope of the Lee is on the whole length of only 14 meters.
