Leemetikare is an uninhabited Estonian Baltic island, which belongs to the Moon Sound Islands.

Leemetikare is located about 200 meters from Seanina, the northern headland of the Estonian island Muhu away. At high water level of the central part of the island is flooded regularly.

The island is rocky. On it also find Granite. Leemetikare is not wooded, only a few bushes and other plants can be found there, including Real sea cabbage. The fauna is rich with numerous nests of eider ducks and gulls. More birds on Leemetikare are cormorants, black-headed gulls, gulls and terns.

Leemetikare belongs administratively to the municipality of Muhu.
