Lena Gercke

Lena Gercke (born 29 February 1988 in Marburg ) is a German model and presenter. She won the first season of Germany's Next Topmodel, and hosted the first four seasons of the Austrian edition of the show.

Biography

Career

In August 2004, Gercke was discovered on a regional casting for a fast food chain and subsequently booked for photo shoots and the catwalk. In early 2006, she participated in the first season of broadcast by the TV station ProSieben Model casting show Germany's Next Top Model. On March 29, 2006, she was named the winner of the competition, was awarded a contract with the modeling agency IMG Models and appeared on the cover of Germany edition of Cosmopolitan.

Gercke made ​​, among others, advertising Oui Set, Windows Live and Katjes. She graced several covers of German and international magazines.
