CeBIT

CeBIT (acronym for Center for office automation, information technology and telecommunications, originally Centrum office and information technology) is the world's largest trade fair for information technology and has been held since 1986 every spring at the fairgrounds Hannover. Prehistory

The Hanover Fair, held since 1947, since 1950 housed the the "Office Industry", which was advancing to 1959 in terms of number of exhibitors to third place among all the exhibiting industries.

The seating capacity of the huge hall 1 were quickly exhausted.
