Leo Paquette

Leo Armand Paquette ( born July 15, 1934) is an American organic chemist. It was established in 1959 received his doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 1969 he became professor of chemistry at Ohio State University. He has authored more than 1,000 publications and has work in standard works such as the Encyclopedia of Reagents for Organic Synthesis and Organic Reactions. Well he is known also for the first synthesis of dodecahedrane.
