Les Etchemins Regional County Municipality

Les Etchemins is a regional county municipality (French municipalité régional du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Quebec.

It is located in the Chaudière - Appalaches administrative region and consists of 13 subordinate administrative units ( eleven municipalities and two Sprengel ). The MRC was established on 1 January 1982. The main town is Lac- Etchemin. The population is 17,051 and the area of ​​1806.0 km ², which corresponds to a population density of 9.4 inhabitants per km ².
