Montmagny Regional County Municipality

Montmagny is a regional county municipality (French municipalité régional du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Quebec.

It is located in the Chaudière - Appalaches administrative region and consists of 14 subordinate administrative units (a city, nine towns and four Sprengel ). The MRC was established on 1 January 1982. The main town is Montmagny. The population is 22,849 and the area 1694.9 km ², which corresponds to a population density of 13.5 inhabitants per km ².
